Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Tuluna is passionate about ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. 
  2. Unless provided for under the Terms and Conditions provided on the website tuluna.com (‘Terms’), no cancellations or changes to Orders will be accepted, and the Goods will be delivered to the stated delivery address in accordance with the Terms. Therefore, the Customer should carefully check that its Order is accurate before the Customer submits it to Tuluna. The Customer will, however, be able to return Goods in accordance with this policy and the Terms.
  3. Tuluna may accept returns within 30 14 days from the date of delivery of a Good if the Good is unwashed, unworn and in its original purchase condition with the tags still attached. 
  4. Goods for return must be posted at the Customer’s expense, together with the original purchase invoice to:

  5. Goods received that are not in their original purchase condition will be rejected and automatically returned to the Customer at the Customer’s sole expense. The Customer should take care when trying on Goods (to avoid perfume/deodorant or makeup stains) as a decision by Tuluna that a Good for return is rejected is final. 
  6. Tuluna will use reasonable endeavours to process all refunds within 5 days from the date the Goods are received by Tuluna. Tuluna is not liable with respect to any loss the Customer or any third party might suffer as a result of any delay in processing the Customer’s refund, including any delay due to banking institution time frames.
  7. Any Good which Tuluna has elected to accept for return shall be returned at the Customer’s expense. The Customer will only be refunded the cost of the Good and not the original postage cost in respect of the Goods refunded.
  8. Due to health reasons, swimwear without the hygiene protective seal, accessories and sale Jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
  9. International refunds will be paid at the AUD rate accepted and no allowance will be made for fluctuations in foreign currency.
  10. Unfortunately, Tuluna does not offer online exchanges on purchases of Goods. If you wish to return the Goods and receive another item, please return the Goods in accordance with this Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy and the Terms. Once you receive your refund, please place a new order for new Goods.
  11. Due to a high turnover of stock, Tuluna does not guarantee that an alternative size will be available in the same style.
